Kratlo

Privacy statement

Last updated 2 November 2026

Kratlo is order software for wholesalers, made in the Netherlands. Below is what personal data I process, why, and how to have it deleted. It is short, because little happens: Kratlo has no customers yet, and I do not sell data.

Who processes your data

Kratlo, reachable at kratlo@proton.me. That is also the address for every question and request below.

What data, and why

The demo at demo.kratlo.com

What for: to contact you when you ask me to, and to see what kind of companies try the demo. Legal basis: your consent, which you give by sending the form.

The demo itself runs entirely in your browser. The data you see in the tour is invented, and whatever you type or click inside the demo disappears the moment you reload the page.

Email

Whatever you send me at kratlo@proton.me, I keep for as long as it takes to answer you.

Visitor counts

This website counts visits with Umami. That happens without cookies, and nothing is stored that lets me recognise or follow a visitor. That is also why this site has no cookie banner.

Wholesalers I approach

I look wholesalers up in public sources: their own website, online business directories, and the Dutch Chamber of Commerce register. From those I record company details, and sometimes the name of an owner or contact person. I use it to get in touch once, to ask whether Kratlo is of interest.

Legal basis: legitimate interest, namely a small business looking for its first customers. You can object to this at any time. One message to kratlo@proton.me is enough; I will delete your data and you will not hear from me again.

Who else processes your data

Only the parties I need to keep the site and my mail running:

Nobody else. I do not sell data and do not use it for advertising.

How long I keep it

Your rights

You may ask what data I hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, object to its use, and request a copy. Mail kratlo@proton.me and you will hear from me within 30 days, usually much sooner.
