Kratlo is order software for wholesalers. What a rep takes on the phone, what comes in through the web shop and soon WhatsApp becomes one order: the customer's own price, a pick list for the warehouse, a stop for the driver, an invoice that is right.
The demo is a made-up food wholesaler in The Hague: try it as the owner, a rep or the warehouse, or browse its web shop. Nothing in it is real.

Becomes the invoice. Numbered without gaps, VAT per rate, the agreed price. It bills the 8 bags that were picked, and once issued nobody can change it.

Becomes the pick list. Ticked off on a phone at the shelf, without prices. Two bags short? The rep hears it at once and the truck waits until the customer knows.

Becomes the route. Runs planned on a map, stops on the driver's phone, a photo as proof. The invoice follows by mail with the photo attached.
The rep writes it down and drives it back. A WhatsApp gets buried. The price is the one in someone's head. The warehouse picks less and nobody tells the customer. On Friday someone types it all into invoices. Each handover is a place to lose something.
Agreed prices per customer or group, volume steps, sales with an end date, per unit or per case. Kratlo takes the lowest price that applies and keeps why, so "why did they pay this?" still has an answer next year.
Screenshots of the working app, made-up data and all. CrateHub is the made-up wholesaler in them: your own name, logo and colors go in its place. The app speaks Dutch and English.
Your staff change the web shop themselves, no developer needed. A banner is words on one of your colors or a picture you made yourself, with where a click goes, the order, a start and end date and a link to a sale price. Today's fresh products go on their own list every morning.
Your logo, name and four colors come from one folder and are used everywhere: the app, the web shop, the invoices and the mails. Each person can switch to dark mode or easy read, and seasonal looks switch on by themselves.
| Today | With Kratlo |
|---|---|
| One order list: who, when, what, at what price | |
| The rep enters it on a phone; the warehouse sees it at once | |
| The rep is told, the truck waits, the invoice follows what was picked | |
| An invoice from the order in one click | |
| Every change shows who, when, the old and the new value | |
| Customers change nothing; the web shop is optional |
Kratlo is the front of the business: taking orders and everything the customer sees. It does not replace your accounting or stock system on day one. The web shop on its own is the smallest start.
They do not have to. They keep calling their rep, and the rep is faster today. WhatsApp ordering will meet customers where they already are.
Anything that comes from WhatsApp or AI is a draft. A person reads it and confirms it before it becomes an order.
In your own installation, never next to another wholesaler's. Everything is backed up every hour and can be restored with one command.
Per customer, per price group, per product or category, per unit, with volume steps and end dates, and the owner approves changes.
Half an hour, your price list and one of your real Monday orders. You will know whether it fits.
